For USA Domestic Shipping
- All USA Domestic orders usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. It will take approximately 3-10 business days for delivery by UPS or USPS.
- Please put your phone number into the NOTES when making payment via PayPal.
- Customers will receive an order status update via email containing their tracking number once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.
For International Shipping

Most International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express, UPS or Fedex. For Taiwan and Hong Kong, we use SF Express.
- For International: It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. It normally takes approximately 7-18 working days for arrival to International destinations. Some countries like ITALY, SPAIN, and CANADA may take longer due to delays with your local customs service.
We do NOT ship the item(s) to P.O. Boxes. Please note that we will not be able to ship to following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with custom duties: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Chile, China, French Polynesia, Greece, Maldives, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Sudan, Tawin or P.O.Box. - International Buyers MUST indicate your phone number (include country and city code ) when making payment as this is a required information for delivery. Your order will be canceled if you do not provide your phone number within 3 days after placing the order.
- A Phone number is required by the fright companies. Customers from India needs to provide us a copy of Passport, Voter ID or PAN (Permanent Account Number). Orders to Taiwan needs to provide the ID number.
- Please put your phone number into the NOTES when making payment via PayPal.
- International orders are shipped from China. Import duties, taxes and other charges might be applied and they are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- Customers will receive an order status update via email containing their tracking number once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.

**Before checkout makes sure the address is correct, we only ship to the address provided. If the shipping information is incorrect, please email us immediately to cancel the order.
If you replace the order as soon as you receive the cancellation confirmation, you’ll keep your spot and your order will not be delayed.
We are unable to make any change if the package has been shipped, and we will not provide a refund due to the incorrect shipping information.
***If you didn’t inform us about the wrong address most likely the product will be back to the sender. If the customer's package is returned due to non-delivery or nonclaim, we will contact the customer and if the customer would like the package reshipped, there will be an additional shipping fee.
If a package is non-deliverable due to an error with the carrier, the customer will need to contact their local carrier customer service representative to file a claim.
If a customer does not want their package reshipped, the order will be refunded minus the restocking fee. There is no refund available if the package is lost due to the wrong OR incomplete shipping address.
