Refund policy

 We provide a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive a full refund, all products must be in original condition (undamaged in exact packaging).
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please see our Warranty page for more information.
 We accept return over 14 days but within 30 days starting from the date the item is delivered. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 30% restocking fee.
 Buyer should check the package upon receiving it. If the package was damaged during transit, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.
 One year Warranty covers replacement or repair. (buyer to pay for shipping for repair or replacement). This warranty is voided by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear and tear that may occur. A purchase proof is required to claim the warranty.
 We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
 Buyer shall be responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item(s), and we will bear the postage fee of resent item(s). 
 Shipment fee and insurance are not refundable in any case. All prices listed on our site are in US dollars. Refunds will be made in US Dollars and using the same payment rate as your original order received.
We do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.
